What is Life Coaching?

Life Coaching is about filling the gaps between what a person wants and their current situation. It can be beneficial for many aspects of life. Life coaching is the process of helping another person to access their internal and external resources, and utilise those resources to achieve a desired outcome that is in alignment with their highest potential.

Working with a life coach enables choices, as it enables you to see more choices as you are working in a relaxed and supportive, non-threatening environment. A life coach’s aim is to facilitate and enable a person to reach their full potential without fear of criticism from others. A life coach will also facilitate in a person creating balance, as well as reaching goals, in their life.

Life coaching provides a structure of support. Left to our own devices, we start out with the best intentions and then, we hit a problem and it can completely prevent us from moving forward, or cause a long delay. A life coach can help you quickly break through blocks so that more is accomplished with less struggle and less effort.

As your life coach, I am an objective, positive supporter. Not everyone is lucky enough to have such a friend or colleague to provide this. If you’ve been doing it solo, try seeing how much more you can accomplish with a life coach!

Transform your life today!!!

Business/Corporate Coaching is used to take a company or business from where it is now to where the business owner wants it to be. A business coach will assist and guide the business owner in growing their business by helping them clarify the vision of their business and how it fits in with their personal goals. Fitting the business vision in with the business owner’s personal goals is a crucial step in the process.

After all, the business owner ultimately determines the speed and passion in which the goal is met, and if it is not linked to the business owner’s personal dreams, goals and plans for themselves, there is no burning reason why getting to that business goal is critical.

Executive Coaching is a targeted, customized method for leadership development. The purpose is to facilitate both the company executive's and the organization's learning and to achieve identified business results. Executive Coaching is being used with increasing frequency because it has been found to be highly effective, especially when compared to other executive group training methods that are general and cannot take into account individual experiences, leadership styles and preferences.

It is used by successful executives to develop their leadership and managerial competencies. It is often used for individuals who are being prepared for a new role with increasing responsibilities that demand new skills, more complex thinking, and highly effective managerial and interpersonal competencies.

Whichever type of coaching you think you may need, and whatever direction you may be travelling in, please feel free to get in touch. It's never too early, and it's never too late, to start working with a coach and turn your life around...
